Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Create With Andrea and The CWA Creative House™. Every order is created, packaged, and prepared with care and intention.

Because many of our products are custom-made, made-to-order, or created through specialized production partners, processing and shipping times may vary depending on the item ordered.

Processing Times

Ready-to-ship items typically process within 3–5 business days.
Made-to-order and print-on-demand items typically process within 5–10 business days.
Custom and personalized items, including memorial products, stationery, keepsakes, and design services, may require additional processing time depending on the scope of the project.

Customers will receive tracking information once their order has shipped.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary based on the shipping carrier, product type, and destination. Most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.

Please note that delays caused by carriers, holidays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods are outside of our control.

Multiple Shipments

Because some products are fulfilled through different production partners, items within the same order may arrive separately.

Custom & Memorial Orders

Due to the personalized nature of custom and memorial products, additional communication and approval may be required before production begins.

Rush services may be available for select items when scheduling permits.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery so we can assist in resolving the issue.
